For new clients seeking face-to-face counseling - there is currently a 30-day waitlist. Please schedule in advance by making a request through the client portal link below. Rooted in hope, authenticity, truth, love, and awareness, counseling sessions are designed to support adults and older teens 17+. Individual and family sessions typically involve a Cognitive-Behavioral-Somatic approach that integrates a Biblical worldview. With special focus given to Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, Codependency, Relational Conflict, Religious Trauma, and Biblical Restoration, each client is viewed as worthy of being loved. Whether there's a need to explore thoughts, emotions, or behaviors, Rhēma-Therapy is a place where people can find the tools to respond to life's challenges. With a nonjudgmental environment that fosters connection and promotes wellness, each person is seen as valuable and capable of change. Once an appointment request is received, we will have a brief 10–15-minute phone consultation at no charge. When your first appointment gets scheduled, you will need to complete intake paperwork to officially get started. Most clients prefer to complete paperwork online, through the client portal, yet hard copies are also available (just arrive at least ten minutes before your first appointment). Counseling sessions typically last about 53-55 minutes each. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text at least 24 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation fees.
