Introduction

I enjoy working with both adolescents and adults healing from trauma, anxiety, and depression. I work with clients on ways to increase coping skills, increase self-esteem, and healthy boundaries. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, as well as grounding techniques and expressive therapies such as art or writing prompts. I provide LGBTQ friendly services and welcome all individuals.
