Introduction

Life has its ups and downs, and selecting a therapist to talk to about it with can be challenging. Welcome, I’m happy you made it here. It would be my privilege to work alongside you in your journey towards growth, healing, and self-discovery. Each of us is unique, for that reason, therapy is not a one-size-fits-all. Working together we will create an individualized approach for your needs and goals. Counseling can provide a safe space where you feel heard and understood in a non-judgmental, supporting environment. There is no concern too big or small for therapy. You are not alone, and it would be my honor to hear your story. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and concerns. I'm an affirming LGBTQ+ counselor who believes in the Black Lives Matter movement. I was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, where my passion first developed for working with minorities. Primary I have worked with clients navigating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I look forward to helping you create the change you desire and meet your goals. I can't wait to virtually meet you!
