Introduction

I am a passionate about helping others grow and prove to themselves that they can do hard things. I specialize in working with individuals, adolescents, and families seeking change and freedom from the difficulties that life has thrown their way. I understand that life isn’t always fair however, I truly believe that we all can decide to grow through tough experiences, traumas, and difficult times. I believe that difficult times help us to grow strong roots and allow us the opportunity to grow through all that life may throw our way. While we may not be able to control all that life brings, we can definitely decide how we choose to respond and work through it.
