Like many others, I am driven by a passion for helping others. I offer a nonjudgmental and safe space where we will use different tools to help you understand your power, who you are and how to best accomplish your goals. My therapeutic interests include improving relationships, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, and career across the lifespan. My counseling approach is based on individual needs and goals. My intent is to empower individuals to identify and achieve their goals. Most of all I want you to know you are not alone in this journey. You are strong and you are capable. We will work together to create the change you may be seeking. I look forward to growing with you.
