Welcome! I am a therapist dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey towards healing. I have experience working with adults across the lifespan in inpatient and outpatient settings serving a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, life-transitions, and relationship conflict. I approach therapy as a relationship where we work to create a safe inclusive space for each individual to be heard, understood, and valued for their unique experiences. I practice from a person-centered, strengths-based approach that pulls from many evidenced based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as trauma-informed and multicultural counseling theories. I have received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University. I specialized in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling and have a passion for serving individuals with disability as well as chronic illness. If you think we would be a good fit, please reach out over email.
