Introduction

Hi! I’m Amber Hayzlett, the creator of Hayzlett Counseling Co. I am a licensed mental health professional in Tennessee who specializes in working with women, men, and LGBTQIA+ adults who want to focus on self-acceptance, embodiment, and spiritual exploration. My goal for my clients is to find freedom from the constraints of society and their minds so that they may live delighting in their own authenticity. This might look like: Healing relationships with others and self. Learning to live with chronic conditions with less pain or frustration. Exploring who you've been and who you want to be. Finding more sustainable coping skills. Considering the impact of religion, purity culture, and societal norms.
