Introduction

I became a social worker because, at my core, I’ve always been drawn to helping others enhance their well-being and quality of life. That calling was deeply personal, shaped by my own experiences growing up in an environment impacted by poverty, violence, and trauma. I know firsthand how powerful it is when someone believes in you, sees your worth, and holds hope for you when you can't yet see it yourself. That kind of connection changed my life and now, I’m honored to offer that same support to others. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who spent years working at the community level before shifting to more personal, one-on-one therapeutic work. I believe that real growth and healing come through connection: connection within ourselves, with others, and between our mental and physical well-being. I’m endlessly inspired by stories of resilience and healing. I believe in the power of transformation, and I believe in the strength that already lives within you, sometimes you just need someone to help you see it. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices like DBT, mindfulness, and stress management. I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, adoption-related challenges, anxiety, and low self-worth. In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, safe, and supported so you can heal, grow, and connect with your inner strength.
