I’m a psychotherapist committed to helping individuals of all backgrounds learn to cope with stress from chronic or terminal illness, the death of a loved one, parenting, pregnancy, or any other challenge life presents. My work focuses on utilizing evidence-based treatments to address ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs around emotions and working toward solutions. I have spent many years working in medical settings including community health, specialty services and hospice. I believe in taking a collaborative and compassionate approach to helping clients reach their goals and create adaptive coping skills. I believe each person brings their own unique set of skills, passion and strengths to therapy to aid in healing and growth.
