I accept insurance Hi, My name is Amber Wilder. Welcome to the first step in making a positive change in your life. I am looking forward to helping you navigate through whatever brought you here today. I am a very easy-going, non-judgmental person who is easy to talk with. I have compassion for all of life’s struggles. I am open-minded and provide a calm, laid back, safe atmosphere where we can work together to increase your personal growth and healing. I have my master’s degree from Fort Hays State University, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Nevada. My counseling approach ranges from cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, person-centered, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, solutions focused, and trauma therapy. I also use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I focus on the client and tailor what is necessary to help guide you in identifying your strengths and treatment goals that you would like to accomplish. I am available for in person or video appointments Monday - Friday each week. This is a journey that I am committed to take with you as you seek to live a more happy, meaningful, and fulfilling life. I look forward to working with you!!
