Therapist for Neurodivergent Teens & Adults | Trauma-Informed, Inclusive, and Collaborative Care I’m Amberlee, a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with a passion for helping neurodivergent teens and adults navigate life’s complexities with greater self-understanding, confidence, and authenticity. My clinical focus includes ADHD, Autism, trauma, anxiety, and motivation challenges — with a strong emphasis on honoring each person’s unique perspective and lived experience. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT. I believe that growth begins by meeting you where you are and working together to support change that aligns with your values and identity. I hold a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling with a concentration in the treatment of trauma, abuse, and deprivation. Since 2018, I’ve worked in various behavioral health settings, gaining hands-on experience supporting diverse populations with a wide range of needs. As a diversity-focused and LGBTQ+ affirming clinician, I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for all clients. Whether you're seeking support for mental health challenges, identity exploration, or personal growth, I’m here to help you build a life that feels more aligned, empowered, and whole.
