I work with clients age 12+ and have experience providing individual and family therapy to clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity issues, relationship conflicts and difficult life transitions. For some clients, verbally expressing thoughts, ideas, and memories may feel difficult. Art Therapy can offer a bridge for the communication of ideas that may not be immediately accessible using words alone. I utilize the creative process to help clients find clarity and insight, develop new skills and access the strengths they already possess to make meaningful change. I work from a relational approach founded on authenticity and compassion. You can expect a non-judgmental space where you are welcome to bring your most authentic self to session. I provide structured support to help my clients navigate all of the complexities of being human, with or without art. With the uniqueness of my clients in mind, I choose strategies tailored to my clients’ individual needs and concerns. There are many ways to integrate art therapy to fit your needs, and no prior experience in art making is required. Contact me today to schedule a consultation!
