Introduction

I graduated from Lamar University with a Master's Degree in Education of Counseling in 2022. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and am passionate about bringing healing to people who have been through traumatic/stressful experiences. When we experience life stressors, it is not uncommon for our world to unravel.
