Introduction

I am a licensed professional counselor with a Master of Science in Counseling degree. I have been providing individual therapy services to adults, 18 and older, for over 3 years. My career in the social services started over 13 years ago. I truly love helping others to find ways to thrive and not just survive in life. I provide a safe and supportive space where clients can work towards their goals without pressure or judgement. I believe that everyone is unique and therefore deserves an individualized approach to therapy. I utilize a wide variety of approaches, techniques and theories so that clients have a higher rate of success.
