As a mom to three young adults and married for over two decades, I can relate to complicated factors present in couplehood, family-life, parenting and professional-life that ultimately shape the way we show up in the world through our attitudes, feelings, choices, and behaviors. I specialize in couples therapy and individual therapy for adults. My approach to therapy is rooted in trauma informed practices alongside being a Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional. I specialize in Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Grief, Life Transitions, Parenting, and Marital and Relationship Issues. Trained in (EMDR) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing & (TRIP) Trauma Regulation and Integration Process. My goal is to help my clients achieve more satisfying relationships with oneself, children, partner, parents, colleagues, friends, and society. I hope to help clients discover a renewed inner strength, fueled by positive self-talk and a shift in thinking, which translates to a toolbox of practical skills to navigate one’s healing journey and life’s challenges.
