My approach to counseling is simple: start where the client is at. I will listen to you and work with you to meet the goals that are important to you for your own growth and mental well-being. I work with all kinds of folks, but feel I am especially suited to work with people battling depression, those trying to better manage anxiety, and people wanting to work through trauma. I come from a place of cultural humility and welcome all members of the LGBTQ+ community. I don’t believe therapy should be an intimidating or mysterious practice – I aim to make our working relationship collaborative and productive as we walk on this journey together.
