I specialize in mental health and substance use. I have a background in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention. I've worked with a variety of dual diagnoses. My therapeutic approach is person-centered. I aim to ensure every client feels they've obtained the tools needed to regain control and power over their hindering circumstances.
