Introduction

Thank you so much for visiting my page. I have been in the mental health field for 27 years. I have worked in hospitals, community mental health centers, emergency departments, crisis hotlines, and schools. My broad range of experience in the mental health field allows me to provide the best care for my clients. I can effectively navigate mental health systems and advocate for my clients. I also provide different therapies custom tailored to each individual client that I see. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma. I provide (EMDR) eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, (ERP) exposure and response prevention therapy, (DBT) dialectical behavior therapy, and (CBT) cognitive behavior therapy.
