I am an existentially oriented, humanistic psychotherapist and believe approaches and styles of therapy can be integrated in ways that cater to individual needs. Approaches I use are both evidence based and experiential. I am motivated to help you get back to a life that is meaningful, joyful, and valuable. Currently working towards being credentialed as a Certified ADHD professional (ADHD-CCSP) to help those with ADHD develop strategies to manage their symptoms and reach their fullest potential. I have considerable training in Play Therapy and experience working with children ages 9-12 on issues like family conflict/separation, loneliness and ADHD in school. My background in working with the adolescent population is extensive and currently my interest is in working with gender-questioning teenagers. I received my Masters in Existential-Phenomenological Therapeutic Psychology from Seattle University in 2014.
