A PNW native, I am a passionate outdoorswoman with a penchant for any activity involving a trail and my feet. I am empathetic, resilient, and adventurous. I find great value in the range of human experience and emotion, and can spend time in the difficult and pleasant places alike; humor is a beautiful bridge between the two ends of the spectrum. I received my undergraduate degree in Cultural and Linguistic Anthropology from Central Washington University, and went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University, with an emphasis on the Somatic Enneagram. I have been a mental health practitioner since 2014, and I specialize in working with adolescents and women. I incorporate wisdom and learnings from my own journey in a soulful and compassionate manner, and I live from the philosophy that, as a clinician, I can only take a client as far down the healing path as I am willing go myself. I lead from an Enneagram Type 4 (sx/sp) and am dedicated to a life of personal, spiritual, and professional growth. In my free time I enjoy recreating outdoors, cooking, traveling, doing puzzles, and snuggling with my dog Porter.
