Welcome to Maine Coast Assessment & Therapy Services! I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Maine, with a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma, grief, depression, & anxiety. My approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based treatment modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC). At Maine Coast Assessment & Therapy Services, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health support tailored to your unique needs. As a telehealth only practice, we provide quality mental health services via the Simple Practice client app that is fully HIPAA compliant. Your client app will enable you to send me a direct message, request an appointment, and attend a telehealth session. In addition to telehealth psychotherapy, we also offer Vineland III Adaptive Behavioral Assessments to help evaluate and support adaptive functioning across various domains.
