Introduction

My approach to therapy is Trauma Informed and Client Centered. I have been working in the Mental Health/Addictions field since 2012, after graduating from the Master's Program at MSU-B in Mental Health & Rehabilitation Counseling. I know life can be difficult at times and it helps to have someone to guide you on your journey. Whether you are dealing with loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, or other concerns; I'm here to help and support you. I use a number of different therapies depending on the client's individualized needs.
