I specialize in anxiety, depression, perinatal mood/ anxiety disorders, and relational issues. I believe good therapy should be collaborative, and your relationship with your therapist is key. This is YOUR therapy- I hope that you feel empowered to look around and find a therapist who feels like the right fit. I AM CURRENTLY OFFERING TELETHERAPY SESSIONS. Please don't hesitate to reach out- we all need support during this difficult time. I provide individual therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, fertility, attachment, adoption, parenting, and grief/loss. I utilize expressive arts therapies, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and interpersonal therapy in my work and believe there is great benefit in working collaboratively with other professionals.
