Hello! I am a licensed clinical psychologist offering tele-therapy to individuals and couples in New York. I have extensive training in mental health and wellness, with specialities in depression, anxiety-related disorders, trauma, relationship issues and life transitions as well as chronic illness. My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative, pulling from various evidence-based treatments and techniques to meet the needs of each client. With my couples, I work from an Emotionally Focused lens, to help clients better understand their intra- and inter- personal emotional experiences and guide them in communicating their experiences effectively to their partner.
