Introduction

You're unhappy with the way things are right now, but you're unsure what to do. You feel stuck. You need someone who genuinely listens, can connect with your pain, and can help you figure things out. I see clients ages 16+ and couples. With over 15 years of experience in mental health, you'll receive quality, professional care from me. I use a skills-based approach for better management of emotions, relationships and stress. I also offer the option for spiritual exploration and resourcing. If you've tried other therapies and felt frustrated by the lack of progress, you might find this approach more helpful. If you're unsure about therapy, but still looking to make changes in your life, curious about mental wellness and want to make some connections with others, I facilitate a FREE monthly book club in the south metro! I offer a FREE 15 minute consultation to see if we're a good fit. I don't accept insurance at this time, but my fees are reasonable, I'm flexible (you can see me weekly, bi-monthly or monthly), and I offer a sliding fee scale. Reach out today to schedule an appointment- let's get started! 952-204-5008 or email me -amy@aqpsychsvcs.com
