Introduction

Are you seeking understanding and encouragement? Is it time to prioritize yourself and make some positive change? If so, I would love to work with you. I enjoy supporting a wide range of clients and ages, and I bring warmth, humor and understanding to my sessions. Trauma, substance abuse, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, depression and parenting issues are all areas I enjoy working with. I offer an open and safe environment, validating your thoughts, needs and feelings without judgement. Growing is never comfortable, but having a warm and encouraging space to do it is the key to success. It's something we can do together. I utilize multiple modalities, including CBT, motivational interviewing, Humanistic, Person Centered and Mindfulness. I am actively working in Somatic training in order to hone my skills and specialty with trauma. Finding a therapist is a challenge, whether you've tried it before or are brand new at it. Acknowledging that it's time to get support and reaching for new levels of contentment and happiness is brave, and it's so great that you are ready. I am excited to be a part of your new journey!
