I received my Master’s in Psychotherapy par les Arts from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. During my graduate work, I received a research assistantship with The Center for Arts in Human Development; and completed clinical internships at Maimonides Hospital and Batshaw Family Services. I hold certifications in cross -cultural Mental Health practices from McGill University’s Transcultural Psychiatry. Health and wellness applies to organizations as well. I am an experienced organizational leader and program director having worked with Wisconsin state agencies, University departments, and non-profit organizations in the USA and Canada. Research is an important component of furthering both our ideas and measurables in mental health care. I am a co-researcher with the Biography Laboratory Project; a multi-year action research project investigating postmodern approaches in therapy.
