Introduction

I am a wife, mother, horsewoman, therapist, and a cancer thriver! I believe that each of us have immense power and potential within us. I know that the road to unlocking this power, however, can often be a bumpy one. It is my great honor to assist my clients as they navigate through their unique experiences. My greatest hope is that they can discover how to live their lives to the fullest and embrace their strengths and grow from their challenges. I have great respect for my client’s individuality and beliefs. I am deeply empathic and gentle in my approach but will challenge my clients and hold them accountable if that’s what they need from me. I put a lot of emphasis on experiential therapy, somatic processing, grounding exercises, breath work, and integrative healing techniques. I have been working in the field of mental health for 10 years and have worked with a diverse range of clients. I received my BS in Psychology from BYU-Hawaii, and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver with an emphasis in Mental Health and Trauma. I currently offer Psychotherapy sessions via Telehealth, and in person Equine Assisted Psychotherapy sessions. At this time, I am only accepting self-pay clients. I wish nothing but the best for you. Sending love and light to you, wherever you may be.
