My style is warm-hearted, down-to-earth and directive when and where necessary. My psychotherapy approach includes mindfulness, both cognitive-behavioral interventions as well as DBT/emotional regulation skills-based work. I am currently offering both video and in-person sessions in Lafayette, California.
