My greatest passion in life is motherhood! I have been a mom for over 24 years, and have worked with moms for over 20 in my career in a variety of settings. When we are struggling as a mom, it impacts our whole family, and on the other hand, when we thrive, they thrive! So I have made it my mission to help moms thrive: I work with moms from pre-conception and fertility issues and perinatal mental health through empty nester moms finding their new identity and role. There are unique challenges at every stage and you can get the support to be the mom you dream of being.
