Introduction

It’s my belief that therapy is a mirror by which we get to see ourselves from a different perspective. I utilize a personalized and eclectic approach to meet each client’s needs. My focus is creating a safe environment by which to create a trusted therapeutic relationship. I use an eclectic approach with empathy, kindness and respect to all people and am a proud ally to the LGBTQI, Poly, AAPI, BIPOC communities. I graduated with my master’s degree from Immaculata University with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a master’s level certificate in addiction studies. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional (CCFP) and am working for my Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Certification (C-DBT) as well as my advanced Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Certification (CCTPII). I have experience in depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, complex post-traumatic stress, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, attention deficit disorder, autism, self-injurious behaviors, and more. My special focus is childhood trauma and generational trauma in family systems. I use a wide variety of therapeutic modalities that meet the needs of my clients and have experience using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt, Adlerian and many other modalities. I have worked with all populations including children, adolescents, adults, parents, couples and families. Currently, I am accepting individual clients who are 18+. I look forward to working with you to gain knowledge of self, empower change and promote healing.
