My name is Ana Arellano and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I have earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and a Masters in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family therapy from Pepperdine University. I have completed associate hours working for a community mental health clinic where I focused my training on supporting individuals experiencing a variety of symptoms and provided the understanding of the origin of behaviors, as well as coping skills to encourage clients to continue their journey mental health. I also have experience-supporting couples restore trust and common ground. I have also been trained to provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) for individuals suffering from traumatic experiences that interrupt their ability to move forward or feel fulfilled.
