Introduction

Hello! My name is Ana Cupp. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated with my Masters in 2019. I worked as a victim advocate for years in different settings such as a domestic violence shelter, district attorneys office and a child advocacy center prior to pursuing the clinical route. One day I decided I wanted to help people heal from the trauma they endured, not just be apart of the re-traumatization. That is what lead me to becoming a therapist. Fill Your Cupp Therapy is not just the title of my practice, it's a part of who I am. I believe that growth and healing are lifelong journeys. I went into this line of work because I know what it's like to feel so lost and forgotten that life has no meaning anymore. I know how hard it can be to keep moving forward when it feels like nothing you do ever seems to make any difference. I am here to assure you that change is possible. The trauma and adversity of your past does not have to define who you are and what you do with your life. You are the cup that holds the potential to be someone you're proud of and create a life worth living. My approach is highly relational, person-centered and strengths-based. I believe in holistic healing and incorporate a lot of somatic processing and mindfulness based strategies to help people become more attuned to their bodies. I help clients learn to identify, understand and accept their bodies responses. I collaboratively work with people to discover what they need to successfully process their experience and integrate what they learn into their every day lives. Whether that is within an individual, couple or group setting, I am here to support those on this journey of self-discovery, growth and healing. I am here to help you discover all the things in life that fill your cup.
