Introduction

My therapeutic experience started over 20 years ago. Since graduating with my Masters in Human Services and Counseling from DePaul University in Chicago, I have been providing individual, group and family counseling. My true passion lies with helping people navigate age appropriate struggles, life stressors, challenges with mental health, addiction, and relationship issues. Life often presents us with challenges that can make it difficult to find a way back to overall wellness.
