I could help you create a plan and support you in making decisions big or small to improve your quality of life. I have been told that I am genuine and easy to talk to, not only because I am a trained listener, but because I genuinely care. Whatever your challenge is, unconditional and unbiased support is available. I have been practicing counseling since 2005 and my license allows me to help with mental health as well as alcohol and drug problems. I provide services in English and Spanish languages.
