I would describe myself as a compassionate, intuitive, and interactive therapist. My eclectic approach to treatment develops in collaboration with each unique individual, depending on their needs, desires, and expectations. I consider myself to be a thoroughly trained and well-rounded therapist whose approach is rooted in attachment theory. This means that the quality of relationship I build with my client is of the utmost importance in helping them build the trust needed to thrive in therapy sessions and life. I may also utilize more traditional modalities, evidence-based practices, and/or incorporate my yoga training, meditation, and mindfulness techniques.
