Welcome, I’m Andrea and I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and my expertise is in supporting women who find themselves overwhelmed by life's demands and struggling to prioritize their own well-being. Whether it's maintaining relationships, taking care of family, managing a career, or finding time for self-care, the pressure can be overwhelming. I offer in-person walk-and-talk sessions to clients in San Diego and provide virtual therapy to clients throughout California. I am certified in maternal mental health and my specialties include anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions, and burnout. I prioritize creating safe and compassionate spaces where you can show up exactly as you are in the present moment. You don’t have to face this alone. Healing is hard but worth it, and I am here to walk this path with you. I love my work and am constantly inspired by how resilient people are, even during the toughest times. I offer in-person walk-and-talk sessions to clients in Southern California and provide virtual therapy to clients throughout California.
