Finding someone who is there to listen to you vent and talk about yourself and the things that are important to you in an unbiased and non-judgmental way can be so helpful. It is also fun and exciting to learn new things about yourself! When I work with people, I do my best to see the world through their eyes, but also provide an outside perspective to help them discover new insights. I provide therapy via telehealth making it easy, safe and comfortable for you to meet with me in the privacy of your own space. You deserve this time to commit to yourself and your well-being.
