I am really passionate about working with teen girls and women to help them discover who they truly are before the world told them how to be. Personally, I have had to learn to cope with my own self-inflicted pressure to be the high achiever and "perfect" mother. I love helping my clients learn how to cope with the stress goes along with belief that we should be able to do and have it all. Professionally, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and families from a variety of backgrounds and in multiple settings, including in-home therapy, office-based therapy, child welfare, residential programs, and agency management. I have seen a lot and have worked with a lot of different women, girls, and families, and I absolutely love it.
