My desire as a counselor is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you are free to be your authentic self and explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I utilize an integrative, person-centered approach, including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Processing therapy, Dialectical Behavior therapy, Narrative therapy, and Mindfulness. I specialize in working with adults who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, grief, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.
