I work with adult individuals who need help with anxiety, OCD, trauma & PTSD, depression, relationship issues, grief, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. Often when people come to see me, they’ve been struggling for a long time on their own and have been through really painful and difficult experiences in their lives. Many times there is a lot of shame and guilt involved in their situations. People feel stuck or that they’re unable to move forward in life. They are looking for an objective, caring person who can help them understand the underlying causes of their symptoms & give them the tools they need to heal and move forward. I have advanced training in a variety of protocols, including EMDR, Exposure & Response Prevention therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Cognitive Processing therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Narrative therapy.
