Introduction

Hi and welcome to Sunflower Counseling Group. I started this group after working in various private practice groups since 2006. Although I work from a generalist practice perspective, I have a lot of experience using CBT-based techniques and tools to help clients learn how to better manage chronic anxiety, depression and to break out of long term patterns of negative thinking, communication challenges and relationship difficulties. Additionally, I am a certified alcohol and drug counselor and love helping those pursuing their individual journey towards recovery. -Andrea
