As a therapist, I aim to provide a non-judgmental space that allows clients to feel comfortable and understood. I believe the best outcome in therapy comes from a trusting and collaborative relationship between a therapist and client. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families facing an array of challenges at different life stages. Much of my work has focused on traumatic experiences, such as domestic violence, child abuse, family and relationship conflicts, and young adult life transitions. Before going into private practice, I worked extensively with immigrant communities. In my private practice, my focus has been on trauma, life transitions, adults with ADHD (diagnosed and undiagnosed), and grief and loss. I have a BSW from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a MSW from The Catholic University of America. In my free time, I enjoy listening to audiobooks, playing soccer, and spending time with loved ones.
