Introduction

Hello and congratulations on taking the first step toward therapy. If you're thinking about making life changes, or if you're simply unhappy and you aren't sure why, it can be very helpful to have someone in your life who is there to be non-judgmental and who will keep your best interests in mind. I work hard to be someone you can trust and be your authentic self with, and I would like to collaborate with you to help you grow at your own pace. If we begin the process of psychotherapy together, I hope to help you live a life that is in line with your goals and values. I will always support you in finding your own answers and truths to many of life's challenges. In the past I've worked with many people with beliefs or approaches to life that are uncommon or "different." I have often worked with artists, gamers, and activists, and with folks who don't feel like they want to live a more normative lifestyle. If this describes you, then we might work well together. My background in writing, spirituality, and existential philosophy also informs my work and clinical approach. I do not keep a waitlist as I am unable to offer a realistic assessment of when I will have availability. However, you are welcome to contact me and I will let you know when my availability is updated.
