Introduction

Hello! I’m Aneli, a bilingual intern psychotherapist at Latinx Talk Therapy. I find great joy in supporting clients on their transformative journeys. Growing up in a Latinx community, I became deeply passionate about advocating for mental health awareness, inspired by the stigma and resource gaps I witnessed. My diverse experiences have honed my ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and navigate cultural nuances, allowing me to offer compassionate support. I specialize in helping individuals and families address issues related to acculturation, identity, trauma, and communication. As a proud Mexican-American and first-generation college student, I am committed to empowering the Latinx community to overcome challenges and pursue their dreams with confidence.
