As a therapist I work with the adult population with a focus on trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and interpersonal issues but treatment will always be tailored to your specific needs as I don’t believe in therapy as a one size fits all model. I pride myself on being a compassionate active listener offering a space where you can safely explore your thoughts and feelings from a nonjudgmental and unbiased perspective. If you’re experiencing ruminating thoughts or you feel as though you are caught in a repetitive cycle, it’s a privilege for me to be able to help you work through those moments in life where you may be feeling stuck. My approach is an integration of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy, but I also lean on aspects of humanistic therapy and philosophy to bridge the gap between one’s mental health and overall functioning in the present moment and events of one’s past. The goal is to use this safe space to not only explore your thoughts and feelings but to tailor the treatment to your unique and specific needs to gain equanimity.
