Feeling overwhelmed? I can help! I work with teens and adults (15+) who struggle with depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem, grief, and interpersonal issues by providing a safe place to talk and be heard without judgment. I love talking with and listening to my clients and I encourage activities that foster positive coping skills. I offer individual therapy tailored to each client's unique needs. Sometimes talk therapy is right for you, and sometimes you need something a little bit different. We can work together to find the right fit for you!
