I am hoping to work with anyone who is struggling, looking for additional support, or an opportunity to process their emotions. I hope to help those who may be struggling with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationships, and life changes. I aim to to provide support with those who are in need to work through whatever challenges they may be facing at their pace and at their level. Someone I am working with might want to be working on finding their best self and work on self improvement and growth. My professional career has ranged from working with youth, adolescents, young adults, adults, and teens. I have been honored to help with individuals through all stages of life while they navigate changes. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness base cognitive therapy, psychoeducation, narrative therapy, and solution focused therapy. As people, we are faced with unique challenges that sometimes require additional support, whether it is from friends, family, or a therapist. I would be glad to support you on your journey that you are on to heal your mental health. I know that at times it may be difficult to ask for help and I hope you have comfort in reaching out to me for support.
