My approach to psychotherapy is integrative and a combination of elements of therapeutic approaches. The therapeutic modalities I use during treatment are the psychodynamic approach, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), mindfulness-based techniques, and MI (motivational interviewing). My therapeutic style is non-judgmental, respectful, and adaptable to your needs. One size does not fit all, and my treatment reflects this belief. I have extensive training in the impact of bias and discrimination on mental health, specializing in working with LGBTQIA+ and immigrant populations. I work with adults and adolescents around life transitions, identity formation, and sexual orientation. My practice also aids with family issues, including pregnancy, fertility, postpartum depression, parenting, and work/life balance. I enjoy helping folks experiencing challenges with social relationships, searching for connection, loss, and bereavement. Working with you, we will design treatment goals and modalities that are most appropriate and beneficial. I welcome you to connect with me.
