By using a strengths-based approach, I strive to empower clients experiencing symptoms of anxiety, difficulty adjusting to life transitions and women navigating motherhood. I incorporate Walk and Talk Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Treatment depending on my client's needs. I always start with meeting the client where they are at in order to provide a safe space for support, reflection, and growth. I am passionate about helping clients become the best version of themselves in order to live a healthy and happy life. I specialize in working with women trying to conceive, women who are pregnant, and new mothers. I am here to support all women navigating motherhood through individual and group therapy. My goal is to help my clients feel confident, supported, and have the necessary tools to manage daily stress.
