Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois who works with adults of all ages (18+.) My clinical specialties are perinatal mental health, trauma and supporting clients through a wide variety of life transitions: college, relationship stressors, parenthood, aging and loss to name a few. I work collaboratively with clients, using a relational, holistic approach (integrating attachment theory, mindfulness, trauma-informed neurobiology as well as cognitive behavioral skills.) I have advanced training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and also am Level 1 Trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a body-centered form of talk therapy that addresses cognitive, emotional and physical symptoms of trauma.
